Current with the various tools that are connected, we can do various things. Research, make an appointment, talk with friends, shopping around the world or just play games. Simply direct the pointer and click. Voila! A simple and fun way.

One time, we had lunch with colleagues at a cafe that provides wifi. While waiting for food to come, we busied ourselves with sending sms, browsing, or just open Facebook or Twitter. Our colleagues do not want to lose. He opened the laptop and busied himself. Communication was cut off. On the other hand, without us knowing it, the food that was ordered has arrived and cooled.

This case, happens to most of them are using smartphones. With a gadget that is always connected and responsive will allow us to check various things online. However, at some point, we become dependent and feel obligated to get connected. Finally, the online habits unconsciously we have become an addiction.

According to Alana Conner, a psychologist, this addiction will make it difficult to determine which one becomes a priority. Online or offline lives life should take precedence. He stated, they must be balanced. Too heavily on one of them will not make us better. Conner added that the smartphone is not the enemy or opponent who must be destroyed. we should learn to master it, not mastered.
