In psychological studies, people with narcissistic personality disorder have an ego and the need for high praise. Another characteristic of narcissistic personality disorder believe that they are more superior than others and tend to be less sensitive to the feelings of others. However, behind the high ego, they do not like being criticized.

Narcissistic personality disorder is not the same with confidence or to have high self-esteem. Those who suffer from narcissistic, thought highly of him. While a healthy person, do not view themselves more than the others considered.

According to psychoanalysis, this disorder arises because parents do not appreciate what the children and tend to tell their parents what had been achieved. For example, if the child tells the story of his success to be ranked one in school, but parents do not appreciate and tell you what happened in the office.

Parents always have an important and central role in child development. Should, more parents appreciate what has been done by children.
